An Easy Way to Lose 4 Pounds

If you are looking for an easy way to lose 4 pounds quickly and easily, what I am about to share will get the job done. For those of you that have found it difficult to lose weight and keep it off, the remainder of this article can you help to set up a foundation that will not only help you to lose quickly, but also set you on the path to keep it off.

Circle Spins

Many women that are overweight have imbalanced hormones - and what spinning around in a circle does is help your body regain a healthy and normal hormonal balance.

To do this properly, all you need to do is spin around in a circle until you start feeling a bit dizzy. Just don't spin around any more than 10 times.

For best results, try to do this five times every day.

You'll find this is not a whole lot to commit to.

Mini-Trampoline

If you have access to a mini-trampoline, all you need to do with this exercise is jump on it for a total of twenty minutes at least five times per week.

And to make things even easier for you, I am not asking you to do all 20 minutes at once. Break the twenty minutes into segments of three minutes each.

And a little added tip that I like to implement is to do these exercises during commercial breaks when I am watching television. If you do your exercise during every commercial break of an hour long television show, you will have taken care of your daily exercises.

Apples

Apples are one of nature's best foods. They contain a high concentration of water and are also high in fiber content. What this means is that your hunger is satisfied with very few calories.

Try to eat at least three apples every day as snacks.

One added tip is to eat an apple before meals. The apple will start to satisfy your hunger before sitting down to eat, and this means you will eat less and take in fewer calories during you meal.
